I have had to take tums daily because after dinner I can feel my food coming back up (not like stomack contractions for vomitting) just really bad reflux. I started just taking one when it started but now as soon as I am done with dinner I take two and it helps for the most part.

keepholdingon- I used to never go a day without a glass or two of orange juice. But it's sad to say that yesterday I had to throw away two different gallons of it. I tried two brands hoping one would settle, but no luck. And I'm totally with you on the difficulty of throwing up pure food.. it hurts my throat & stomach.

rubysoho120- I'll have to go buy tums today. Thanks I really hope this is the miracle I prayed for. Can't wait for this stomach acid to settle down.

I was planning to take them like in the morning when it usually happens, but taking them after a meal would be a great idea. Especially since I've had trouble keeping the reflux settled. Thanks

Have any of you ladies tried the preggie pops? They are lollipops that are supposed to prevent you from throwing up. I haven't had any ms yet but my friend suffered really bad and swore by them!
