I was wondering the same thing, all my fat sits in my belly so I always look about 4 months pregnant, but now that I am preggers, it gives me an excuse not to suck it in anymore. Ha ha! But I'm only 6 weeks so I wonder how big I'm gonna get if I started out "looking" 4 months along! LOL

I had a layer of belly fat and I didn't really notice any hardening of the belly until a few days ago. One day I was bloated and the next I had a tiny bump. I'm very excited because it's now more baby than bloat.

Time to get some maternity pants. I got some early as I was tired of being uncomfortable (more than usual) with my muffin top. I don't care if I'm wearing them early, I am so much more comfortable!

That's what I did too. Maternity pants are sooooooo much comfortable than trying to squeeze my already-overweight arse into a pair of my prepregnancy jeans!!!!!!

Your uterus will be pushing everything else upwards - intestines, liver etc., which is probably why your belly is pushing outwards further up than you're expecting!

Might have a look online now so if i can order some as its getting ridiculous and i wont get to go to the shops for 2 weeks and i cannot really PJ;s!! haha
