Question on wifi cell phone usage while pregnant

Got a faint positive today.
I realized I spend most time at work in a wifi environment and at home have a wifi device right in our bedroom, where I spend time on the iPad,laptop etc.
Is this harmful by any chance? There is very little possibility of moving out the device anywhere else since the cabling is already set.at work, I have no choice.I mostly keep the iPad on my lap when I am reclined.

Is it safe? I also spend about 30-40 mins a day on the cell phone. Making changes to any of these habits is a Herculean effort please let me known if it is ok. Am getting a bit paranoid about this.

I really don't think you have anything to worry about. People have been having healthy babies all the time who use cell phones and the internet. I don't know for sure but it isn't something I am going to worry myself about.

I don't think it's known as a risk, nor has it proven to be safe. I stick a pillow under my ipad, and I've stopped using my laptop on my lap.

I think your fine, there is a much higher risk from just drinking too much caffeine than usage of cellphones/computers. Now if you walk through an xray machine, thats another story!

Thanks guys! Yes, will keep a pillow on the ipad and things should be fine!
I guess it is more important to be happy and worry free than obsess about these things!

You can't block radio waves with a pillow. Just think, even if your phone isn't receiving a call or text it's still picking up and sending signals every second to see if there is a text waiting for it. If you look at your computer wifi you can see all the wifi networks all around your area. Radio and TV signals aren't just going to your TV aerial. They're everywhere all the time and you can't do anything about it so don't fret. Bluetooth, GPS, radiation - you can't avoid it.

If you REALLY want to, wear a lead jacket around your waist LOL
