birth control failure? anyone else?

So ive had 2 tubal pregnancies with an IUD. That was back in 2009 & 2010.Now Im pregnant again despite taking the plan b pill. Has this ever happend to any of you ladies?

I had a miscarriage last January and started taking Beyaz as prescribed by my doctor, I knew I had to use a secondary method since this was my first month taking it and didn't use a condom ONCE. Long story short I had to stop my contraceptive pills before even finishing the package because we found out I was pregnant after I tried to drink a glass of my fav wine and threw up

I was on Nuvaring when I found out I was pregnant. I was stacking so as to skip my period, and in January I decided it was time to have one. But it never came! My doc asked when my last period was and I had to tell him August! I may be a little apprehensive concerning my bc in future.
