which sunblock is safe for use during pregnancy?

Hello! I am traveling to the Bahamas next week and I will be 11 weeks. I was wondering if anyone has any sunblock recommendations? I read to stay away from the spray-on suncreen (so you don't accidently inhale fumes). I was thinking about maybe getting one especially made for babies?

I'm not sure, I thought they were all safe, but if you're worried getting the one made for babies is a great idea I think you have to apply it more frequently though, so be sure to read the label. Enjoy the Bahamas!

I know of a free resource that can answer your question. Texas Pregnancy Riskline 1-800-733-4727. They deal exclusively with exposures during pregnancy and breastfeeding and their counselors can tell you if there are any associated risks. They were very helpful to me.
