My GP told me to just take Folic Acid now until the end of the first trimester. I took Sanatogen Mum-to-Be when we started trying right until my visit to the GP. Think its all down to personal choice, except for Folic Acid - the benefits from taking it are huge but as long as you are eating a well balanced diet then you should get most of your nutrition from food  x |
