Vomiting and Diarrhea?

Last night I woke up with horrible cramps that turned into terrible simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting

it was so awful- I've had nausea quite a bit, but hadn't thrown up in the 3 weeks I've had 'morning sickness.'

Even though I'm on anti-nausea medicine, I've still had a lot of foods that make me feel sick- the food I had for dinner didn't quite sit well with me, could it just be that my body didn't want that? or is it more likely to be a stomach bug than pregnancy related? Just curious about your experiences, and curious if I should expect that to happen again

If you have diarrhoea as well as vomiting then it sounds more like a sickness bug than just morning sickness - if you still have it then I'd recommend you see your doctor for proper advice seeing as you're pregnant but also drinking as much as you can to replenish fluids lost will help, if you can eat then eat small regular meals nothing spicy just plain food tends to stay down better.
