OH and I had names picked out AND the godmother picked out (his cousin, who is also a manager at my work...AND lives across the street from us, is totally stoked- she's been asking us when I'm gonna get preggo for MONTHS now) before I even got preggo. You know when you TTC for a year and a half, you think about things
For a boy, Damani Savion (Dah-mah-knee Say-vee-on)
For a girl, Ximena Renae (Zye-me-nuh Reh-nay)
In all liklihood the baby will have my last name (I'm so fond of it, and OH knows it...he loves it too, lol! In fact, sometimes he calls me by it instead of my first name, lol!)
We will DEFINITELY be finding out the sex- I want to know NOW!! We're really hoping for a girl. Honestly, my tummy has gotten a little big in such a short time we THINK it might be twins. I'd be completely overjoyed if it was OH would have a heart attack
Oh and MissCurly, I totally agree- you've got some absolutely GORGEOUS hair
Hi everyone! I'd like to join in as well! It's so exciting to read everyone's posts I am 21 years old, been married 2 years, and I just found out last week that I'm pregnant! No morning sickness yet- but I seem to be experiencing all the other symptoms out there- sore nipples, heightened sense of smell, gassy and constipated :/ (sorry if that's tmi haha), running off to pee every half hour, and i'm super hungry all the time! Any one else have a voracious appetite right now? I am currently at 5 weeks and 2 days. Congratulations to all of you!
Hi sweetsnow!! welcome It is fun to read what everyone is saying lol I haven't felt super hungry, tho my hubby went out last night to get me my favorite ice cream... chocolate hip cookie dough lol I think that was the first real craving i have had... boobs are getting super sore! nothing can tough them, no blouses, shirts, you name it lol
finallytrying- aww they are precious. I love Teagan!!! She is beautiful Thanks for sharing!
Hey Sars welcome! We are all bump buddies Wow, I wonder how that will be, handling the horses! You have a lot on your plate! You must keep us updated
justhoping- Hi and welcome! Yes, most of us on here are experience the clingy first born!!! Last night my daughter Jayla would not go back to sleep without me, she kept calling me and crying her eyes out!
Brunette- We are not going to find out this time! Hubby caved in last time, so we both found out, but this time i gave him specific instructions that we are NOT finding out! LOL
Sars that is a long ways away for a scan. Thankfully my dr has me coming in every week to tem days to see the baby to make sure I'm progressing properly
I KNOW!! Didn't realise it was so long until I saw everyone on here getting scans from 7 wks +
I'm in Ireland and due to Government 'cut backs' you're only entitled to a 20 week scan unless private so we have to pay €100 each time
Really can't wait, I'm feeling great other than usual symptoms but it'll all seem so real when we see the scan. Hubby can't wait either!!
Sars don't feel bad sweetie! Think about how much your baby will have grown by then, and you will actually see something other than a sac or something The only reason I am getting seen early is because of some spotting I had, and to make sure it is not ectopic. Since I had spotting with my daughter, they wanted to make sure it was not something bad. My appt is April 13th so I am excited but nervous to see!
Hey its already the 4th, so you have less than a month until your appt! (I hope that makes it sound less)
kelkel- You're welcome! I wanted to find some ladies who would share this beautiful experience with me! We will always have something to talk about with this many ladies Don't worry about no symptoms! Some don't have any for most of their pregnancy, and others don't kick in until later on. With my daughter I had them right away, but with this one, they are slowly progressing but its only the sore boobs getting worse lol Enjoy it!
Krippy- Boy: Dejuan Kamel Jr. (he would be a junior
Girl: Nyah Chrisna or Nyah Gabrielle
Your names sound beautiful!
finallytrying- Awww! My little brother's name is Benjamin... do it do it lol (Yes I am playing favorites LOL)
We will be finding out the sex at first possible chance too excited to buy things, decorate, and over all just know!
We have our names picked already!! What we did was I picked a bunch of names I liked then husband went through those and picked the ones he liked then we cut them out folded them in half and put them in a hat by gender and let our 7 month old draw out the names! So he picked, But the names we liked of course.
Boy: Lucas Aidan..or Aidan Lucas we cant decide which sounds better
Girl: Madalyn Annaleise (still not 100% how we will be spelling Madalyn)
MizzPod: I need to find this thread of yours! I was talking to OH about dd's behaviour too, as she won't be spending the same kind of time with him. (she'll easily sit with me watching telly or whatever, as she hardly EVER did that kind of thing before, and she always wants me to pick her up too which is different).
Exactly! I really think our first borns know that something is going on lol Last night, she woke up and would not go back to sleep for hours. she wanted me to just hold her while she slept... It breaks my heart when she gets so upset. that's my little sweet pea
We have our names, but we don't want to tell anyone what they will be. We are not going to find out the sex either, so when the baby comes out, it will either be a girl: Nyah Gabrielle or Nyah Chrisna.... or boy: Dejuan Kamel Jr.
I'm so excited to not find out because I know I am going to be constantly thinking about it!!!
I love your names too Mizz! I can`t wait to find out either...I really want a boy but I am resigning myself that it will be a girl bc life works like that most times. lol I will be happy with a screaming healthy baby!
