Managing pain without medication?

I've come off my usual pain medication (co codamol 30mg) i think its called Tylenol 30 in america? Which wasnt too hard, but now i wanna stop being in pain...I dont like paracetamol as to me it just doesnt help at all and its really bad for you (if i wasnt taking co codamol i defo wouldnt be taking paracetamol, but i didnt have an option as my gp does not prescribe codeine alone unless im on additional pain medication..)
You're not allowed ibuprofen or full dose of asprin (baby asprin is ok but its not a pain reliever)

SO what can i do? I have sciatica and my hips are a bit screwwy since i had a vbac almost 10 months ago.

Advice for some lovely healthy pain relief? Im done with tablets

I don't have any advice on specific medication but I know how you feel. I have moderate scoliosis and had been taking 400mg/800mg ibuprofen when the back pain got really bad (before I was preggo). My back hasn't been hurting me THAT much but from laying around so often and we just had a 4 day car trip and I wanted to rip my spine out. I'm worried about pain relief when I get further along. I'm not working right now which is a huge relief because I work with young infants and toddlers and lifting them up (I previously would have up to 10 kids under 2 in my class!) would absolutely kill me.
