my head is going to be blown off

I have such a stuffy nose today my head feels like its very big! I cant take allergy meds because of a heart murmur. Does anyone else feel stuffy? What can i do?

As soon as hubby comes home im getting in a nice hot bath. Which will be weird because i usually only take cold baths,but whatever will work!

hey gretavon, sorry to inform you but supposedly very hot baths are no good. your core body temperature should not go above 102.2. mexican people also have this rule. especially early in pregnancy, warm but not hot baths are good. i think you should make a towel steamy and use that for your face/head.
