Yeah I would try and give the hospital a ring rather than your docs, I was told that the NT test cant be done after 12 + 4 in my area so for peace of mind, id get on the phone and see what you can sort

Yep ring antinatal ultrasound department at your hospital, you may have got lost in the system.
I had my midwife appointment at 10 weeks and got my scan date through at same time and it was for 12 weeks 4 days.

My scan letter came in the post. Was meant to come a week after my booking in appointment but a week and a half later I still hadn't received it. I called my midwife and she chased it up for me. The scan department apparently had no record of me so it's always best to get these things looked in to if you've been waiting a while x

the number for the antenatal department at the hospital is in the front cover of my maternity notes, so have a look in yours - if not, ring the main hospital no and ask to be put thorough to antenatal. It's usually better to speak to them directly as they can check their booking system there and then. Hope you get it sorted!

My letter came only 5 days before the scan appointment, which was done at 12w5 and I'd had my booking appointment just over 2 weeks before that. Doen't hurt to chase it up just in case but most likely it's in the post. Exicting!
