I take tylenol PM when I can't sleep. It helps so much. It says you can take two but if it's late I only take one and it helps. I used it in my first pregnancy with twins also. I don't take it every night but after a few nights of restless sleep it really helps to have one good night of sound sleep.

The waking to urinate gets worse! Sometimes I can go up to 4 times an hour! GUTTED!

As for the just randomly waking up and not being able to sleep, it happens all the way through - I think it's our bodies getting ready.

I have found it has gotten better the last couple weeks now that the MS is gone. I also stopped drinking fluids around bedtime and that has helped a lot. I still wake up once or twice, but that feels delightful compared to the 4-6 times in first trimester, plus I can go right back to sleep and don't have to deal with discomfort from nausea and bloating. I'm sure it will get worse again, but hopefully for you too it will get better soon

I sit and think like "I think I wake up a lot now but it's so not going to get any better. If anything I'll end up waking up more later on"
I know it's enivatable but I just wish I could get a good nights sleep at least once a week and not feel tired in the mornings.
But in the end I agree. It will be worth it when we meet our little angels!

All I got out of this is that I NOW WANT WAFFLES - BAD
Waffles are a gift from God. Specially covered with butter and raspberry preserves.
