Aching in hips ... is this normal?

Hi ladies... I am quite needy today!! Sorry.. will try and stop asking so many questions

I was just wondering if it is normal to feel aches in your hips/lower back (almost like they are pulling) at this stage? I find it uncomfortable to sit and stand today, the last few days it has just been like a niggle. Today it feels a little more painful. Should I see my Dr? or does it sound about right? It is quite difficult to get to see my Dr so if it is nothing then I wont bother them

Thanks in advance

xx

Is this your first pregnancy? If not then this isn't something to be concerned about!

My right hip hurt up until maybe 30 weeks. Because he prefers that side. But since he has be come more active it seems he has finally moved out of my hip area...

I started to have pain in my hips and knees and lower back. and then I started sleeping with a pillow between my legs at night . It helps a lot!
