Anyone else getting hot feet at night?

Hi ladies!

For the past week or so, my feet have been getting too hot to sleep. It feels like my feet have a fever! Very uncomfortable... Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes! With my last pregnancy and now this one too! I rub lotion on my feet and turn the ceiling fan on helps so much. Or put the lotion in the refrigirater all day and use it at bedtime.

I'm pretty sure it's rather common

but I too also get really warm at night when sleeping, I wake up too many times to count lately due to either that or constantly needing to go

I've been really warm at work today and have had my dress shoes on. I CANNOT wait to get home and go bare foot. I feel so warm today

My first pregnancy symptom at 6 1/2 weeks was feeling far too hot all over when I went to bed. It seems to have gotten a bit better now that its generally colder outside, but I'll feel hot really randomly. Opening the window and sleeping with no covers is the only way I could deal with it.

I get very hot during the night, and if I wake up in the middle of the night (which has been happening a lot lately) it is so uncomfortable that I can hardly get back to sleep, even with no blankets! Don't remember having this before but I also didn't find out this early with my others either so I may not have realized...
