I'm 5.5 weeks with baby number 2 , with my LO I found out I was preg at 8 , and never suffered morning sickness with her I know every pregnancys different, but I suffer with panic attacks about being sick as it is possible that panic attacks make it worse and any cure you mummies swear by , I found a glass vimto when wake up and slice toast work sometimes though not at night when happens , anyone tried those sea bands or bio bands ? With my first I had terrible sickness it lasted all day and night. There were a few things that I found that eased it for short periods of time . Frozen peppermint parties and a pepermint extract ( my oh used it when his stomach hurts I can't remember the name) but its a peppermint liuid u add to water. I did try both bands and neither worked for me. Also I found drinking a lot of water throughout the day. Hth and good luck. Remember it does go away..

Hey there

I am using the sea bands at the moment. They *appear* to be working for me. I think they are worth a shot to see if they work for you. I also find lemonade helps when I'm feeling nauseous too.

Hope you find something that works

I live with my Seabands on and only take them off to wash! My other tonic is to sip cold ginger ale when I feel sicky.
