I was 22 months as well, we tried everything so booked in to see a fertility specialist, hubby SA was good, I was fine. I was booked in for an hsg and an appointment to go ahead with IVF, and we fell that month. I honestly believe it was due to me not focusing so much on TTC, as I was convinced we'd have to have IVF.

Keep trying and never give up hope xxx

lots of people experience secondary infertility. there's a separate board for it in the ltttc section. maybe you should pop over there and talk with some of those ladies. all kinds of things can cause issues- particularly lifestyle choices. for example, i'm convinced that my dh and i were having problems because of his drinking habits. we conceived two months after he gave up drinking altogether. it really would be a good idea to just have some very simple tests run. you can find out some information your cycles by having a blood draw before and after ovulation and he can have a semen analysis. please don't give up. there are answers out there for you.

wow...maybe you should find another doc...that's a horrible way to treat somemone! i love my cbfm! regular opks are subject to so much interpretation but the cbfm makes it really clear.
