Arg I knew most. I thought mayonnaise wasn't allowed but looked it up and its only homemade mayo with raw eggs to pasteurised egg mayo is fine, which was a relief.

Didnt know about hotdogs, only had one but will avoid them in future!

Also in the UK they say deli meat is as risk of listeria is so low. But its a preference thing. I don't like cold meats/packaged meat anyway.

Leftovers is another one were not allowed

Don't worry! Im sure if you stop now your so early it won't do any harm!!

I dranks before I got my positive cos I wasn't expecting to get pregnant (on the pill) and baby seems brilliant. Doctor told me not to worry about anything I'd done before I knew and just to not do it now I know!!

Leftovers need to be refrigerated immediatley and eaten within 12 hours most things say. Just one of the things my doctor said. She just said avoid leftovers if possible.

leftovers research :
Reheat leftovers and ready-to-eat foods, like hot dogs and deli meats, until they are steaming.
Reheat these foods to at least 165°F.
Do not eat these foods if they cannot be reheated.

which wipes out the Hotdog theory?
and deli meats?
