Cheddar is fine, also processed cheese spreads (like Philly).
Also you can eat 2 tuna steaks or 4 tins a week.
Eating peanuts is OK provided allergy doesn't run in your family.

You Should not Use an Electric Blanket
Electric Blankets give off low-level electromagnetic fields which may be harmful to a developing baby

You Should Avoid Hot Dogs
Hot dogs have been implicated in several studies. (Note: It has also been found that children under the age of five who eat more than 1 hot dog a week may have an increased risk of cancer)

i got some of this off this page http://www.bygpub.com/natural/pregnancy.htm and shortened it, been googling all night things we are not allowed lol

Tinned tuna is fine I have been eating it, I have been using insect repellant but not excessively, I've been eating nuts and you can dye your hair they just reckon it doesn't last as long

Underwire research :
Many midwives and retail outlets advise against wearing underwired bras in pregnancy. The rigid wire may interfere with the natural changes in the size and shape of your breasts. The bra may obstruct the increased blood flow or squash your developing milk duct system. At best, it'll be uncomfortable, but at worst, it may lead to inflammation
