Me too Definitely visiting the washroom more often than I would like after meals. I just find that I'm so full and bloated after eating a really small meal. I had a sausage the other day at work for lunch and felt like I ate a buffet afterwards for the rest of the day! Now a sausage probably isn't the best meal in hindsight, but even if I eat a small healthy meal, it can have me running to the bathroom a short while later...
I have no idea why...for me personally, I think it's because I've cut out green tea entirely from my diet, which I drank addictively before pregnancy and it helped a lot with digestion because I normally eat A LOT haha. So I think my body is just responding and adjusting? I'm just hoping it gets better in second trimester when our appetite is supposed to improve too
That was was me when I was 5 weeks +! It gets better. Once the nausea kicks in and you can't even eat as much, it gets better. LOL I found that food high is saturated fats would have me running to the bathroom! It will get better though. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
Im the complete opposite to you.. I drink a lot of water, eat as much ad possible and i never have to go bathroom unless i have to pee? I eat a fait bit of bread as thats the only thing i find that i can eat or little meals for dinner nd just eat little snacks throughout the day but nope. Never have to do #2s :s
i find it so weird..
