sore boobs :-(

Any suggestions to ease the soreness of sore boobs? Mine are killing me,around the edges and my nipples feel like they could drop off! X

Im still suffeirng with this, makes sleeping difficult cos i like lying on my front lol. Arg! They are getting gigantic to!

Omg i don't sleep on my front so I feel for you lol mine are so sore today,I run down the stairs braless earlier big mistake lol,when did yours start hurting cause your quite ahead of me so if they are going to hurt throughout the pregnancy I think ill invest in a bra which you never take off lol how many cup sizes have they gone up so far x

Well them hurting was one of my first signs. I Was getting negative tests but my boobs were killing me!! The bigger they get the sorer they are. Some days they arent as bad as others though!

I hate walking/running down stairs. It's a killer!! I need to stop wearing underwire bras as well.

Well, I was a D to start with but I'd say gone up 1 or 2 cup sizes (but i still squish them in lol and they are bursting out!)

sports bra or no bra, either one seems to help me sometimes!

Underwire bras are a no are they? I def need to get bigger bras I'm a B,2 weeks before I found out my boyfriend actually asked if i had had a boob job behind his back lol,oh I find it worse out of a bra! They have been out of a bra all day so I think that's why they are so sore,dreading the next 8 months lol x

When my boyfriend sees my boobs everyday hes like 'I SWEAR THEY ARE BIGGER' they are monstrous lol!!!!

Yep I only learnt underwires a no today lol. So I'm gonna have to find a comfy bra in the right size. Nightmare!! I can't find a bra that fits well normally. Wah

I brought myself a nonwired bra, much comfier than a wired bra although not as pretty - well at least mine isnt anyway at the moment.

Changing bra was the best idea i ever had. i did this as soon as i found out i was pregnant because i was v.v.sensitive & in pain when i took my bra off at night!!

Still struggling at night though, thinking of getting a sleep bra and maybe some of those support vests you can wear in bed -although im SO hot at night i can barely sleep with the covers on let alone with PJs....Sorry for that image (lol).

I know where you are coming from.....sooo sore and painful. having a bath helps a little but think this is one symptom that is here to stay for me

my boobs are super sore too and it was my first indication that i might be pregnant. My husband loves it though coz they have grown! he says they are sooo big!

i am normally a cold person but since being pregnant im always hot too! so sweaty at night. its such a change.
