Hello everyone, I've noticed that each of my pregnancies has been different, which means with this one i am absolutely terrified of losing it again so i'm analysing evey test and every symptom! That was until i realised that i was being stupid because every pregnancy is different!!!
So, i'm asking everyone to put down what symptoms they got and when so we can all compare and put each others minds at rest!
1. Faint positive test at 4 weeks. Tired from 4 weeks, Very sore BBs from 4 weeks, food tasted strange from 5 weeks, MS from 6 weeks.
2. VERY faint positive test at 3.5 weeks. Tired from 3 weeks, sore bbs from 4 weeks, metal taste in mouth from 3 weeks, heartburn from 4 weeks.
3. Faint positive test at 4.5 weeks. Tired from 3 weeks, sore bbs from 4 weeks, savoury food craving from 4 weeks.
4. Super positive test at 4.5 weeks ish. Tired from 4 weeks, Slight headaches, lower back ache, Spots and greasy skin from 4 weeks, needing the loo a little bit more from 5 weeks, oh, and constipation (sorry if tmi).... but thats it so far, no MS or sore bbs, but i guess that they will turn up all at once like they tend to do!!! EDIT:- Just got home from work with really sore and heavy boobs, letting up a little now i'm sat down and resting though
So, if you could write down your symptoms from each pregnancy and when you got then that would be great!!!!!
I did IVF so some of my symptoms will be from pregnancy and some will be from the progesterone supplementation - it's impossible to know which.
From before my BFP, upto a week before, I had extreme tiredness! Sore breasts and cramps (like mild AF cramps). I was very emotional and cried a lot. I had headaches. The day before my BFP I noticed my bladder was suddenly tiny and I had to go to the toilet a lot more. This was the first symptom that I actually believed was a pregnancy one, and when I thought maybe the IVF had worked.
After the BFP, probably about week 5, the nausea started. I also had low blood pressure, with slight dizziness especially after getting out of bed in the morning. I need to go to the toilet at least once a night, and started waking early in the morning.
I still have the nausea, tiredness (more some days than others), sore breasts and dizziness. I have an increased appetite and feel very hungry in the mornings (leading to nausea if I don't eat soon enough).
A couple of days before my BFP, I stopped sleeping properly at night, because I was too hot. The day of the BFP (2 days before AF due) I got super sore boobs. The test was positive- not as dark as the control line but definitely darker than some I've seen on here.
In the early weeks (4-6 ish) I got some period like cramps, and lots of CM.
I continued to be tired for a while (though I started sleeping properly again, except for getting up to wee), it's only been this last week that it's lessened any. My uterus can now be felt above my pubic bone, so as promised the weeing is letting up a bit.
My boobs are still sore, but some days are worse than others. I haven't suffered any sickness, a little nausea but nothing too bad. I have had headaches almost daily since around week 6.
