10 weeks and symptoms

So I have been blessed... no symptoms other than fatigue, sore breasts and the very strange food aversions that change daily.
Starting with 9 weeks, the emotional rollercoaster kicked in, but I mean other than that nothing.

I have also not gained much, maybe 2-3 pounds, which also change daily, because really this is water retention.
I am nervous, because this morning, my breasts weren't sore anymore either AND last night I actually went to bed pretty late because I wasn't tired anymore, I felt NORMAL. I actually had energy and did a 2-hour regular yoga class (with some modifications to avoid twisting, etc...). I was like: where do I get this energy from?

And speaking of normal, is this normal? Has anyone experienced this? Is everything okay?

My symptoms haven't gotten any better over the past 3 weeks - still sore bbs, throwing up, and fatigue. One of my gf's is 12 weeks and she said she started feeling way better around the 10 week mark. I think it's normal and would consider yourself lucky I'd really only start to be concerned if you had heavy cramps and bleeding, not if your symptoms ease up.

I just can't help but feel like it's too good to be true to be feeling like this, and I suppose this is totally not the attitude I should be having.
I have been arguing with my husban quite a lot in the last week, to the point where I got really stressed out and I am simply scared.

I've heard that the placenta starts to take over hormone production around 10 weeks so I wouldn't worry too much as long as you haven't had any heavy bleeding or cramping. I have/had severe hyperemesis and even that started to ease for me around 11 weeks with my medications (which weren't controlling it before). So I understand your concern, but I don't think we should be worried.

My symptoms are getting better the closer i get to the second tri just like my first pregnancy. I think you probably have more energy because you eat so healthy and you stay active i really wouldnt worry its very normal to feel much better in the second tri. My last preg i would often forget i was even pregnant because i felt so good. Keep up the good work.

the fact that you take good care of yourself may be helping your body to stay normal and don't feel so many symptoms.

I'm a very big girl and had no symptoms other than frequent peeing in the middle of the night and a sore boob. At around 8 and a half weeks it all went away and today when I went for my scan i was expecting the worst. How wrong I was, baby was there all "so you think you can dance" showing off

Doctor said I should relax and stop reading negative and sad stories, also to stay away from google

Here's a vid of my scan my brother was under the baby spell so the camera was all over the place and he missed the best dancing part because he felt like he was going to faint, you can hear me laughing and crying at the bg also my doctor lecturing me lol not the best video but I hope it helps.
