Too Tired to Sleep?

How is that I have been sooooooo tired, yet when I go to sleep I can't sleep for more than about 5 hours? I wake up a million times in night due to annoying, bizarre, or bad dreams. Sometimes my sore boobs wake me up, sometimes it's because I have to pee. Whatever the reason, I cant get back to bed afterwards. So frustrating! Anyone else having sleeping issues?

yep!! I can fall asleep no problem at all, but always around 2-3am I am wide awake and there is no chance of me falling back to sleep.

Pretty much since 4 1/2 weeks I've been like this, I would kill for a full nights sleep!!

Poor you sombra!!
I am the complete opposite, I spend my evening asleep from 8pm ish- being woken by OH as he it bored
Its becoming frustrating for me as i can go 13 hours and wake up get ready for my day then be yawning within a hour???
I am very easily sturred though with 2-3 toilet breaks a night, dreams wake me and OH snoring.
But no issues falling back to sleep that is more my issue!!!!

Have you tried a bubble bath, book and camomile tea??
I find when I cant sleep if I relax and try not to sleep before I know it im

I'm the same, I keep waking in the early hours and struggling to go back to sleep. It's so annoying because i'm absolutely shattered lol xx

Mind you though, as long as it means baby is snuggling in and getting sticky I can cope with anything! xx

Totally feel for you!! I'm all for a nice warm (not hot) bath or shower, a little book reading, and a glass of milk.

A bath would be a great suggestion if my bathtub werent the size of a baby bath! On our honeymoon we stayed in this awesome hotel that had an absolutely wonderful jacuzzi tub. I have thought about that tub so many times over the past week! I guess I will have to relax in the shower!
