Can I join in tonight please?

I had a little moan about my scan not being for another 2 weeks, but I just had a thought - I secured my new job today - start Thursday! AND on Sunday - which doesn't seem so far away I will be the all elusive 12 weeks! Which makes me feel a little better!

I know come my scan date I will be a wreck worrying that something will have gone wrong, and I can't wait to hear the words " Your baby is okay "

Then just like that i *SNAP* out of it

I have yet to get my date for a scan to date my pregnancy so far but im not going to get worked up about it and DEMAND it soon! I hope its soon but also just going to keep busy then get a nice, unexpected call with my appointment
Well maybeee...o.k. yes...definately yes. Was flipping channels last night, (so bored); caught part of an episode of Dance Moms were one of the kids dancing slipped and fell on her butt...I cried for her. Then I laughed, (out loud) at myself for crying.

....but that's normal....right????
ha ha ha Its so normal!

I cried the other morning because my DH went to work and didnt unload the dishwasher. Then i cried more because my make-up was ruined for going to work, then i cried because i was crying ha ha

I can laugh about it afterwords but my poor little man is getting such a hard time over nothing aswell I tripped over a toy and he got the worse row ever, then i feel really bad. Wish i could explain to him the reason why im so grumpy, wish i could actually work out myself why im so grumpy lol

Hey MrsDavo

Congrats on your new job! What is it you do?

Im completly the same. But until i actually get to that point, im not going to think to much into it. If its bad news, i will deal with it then, but even better if its good news i can finally start to enjoy the pregnancy

Thank you for this one I sometimes come on here and think "Oh no, I'd never thought about that" and then worry. It also reminds me of the negative stuff.
I feel really sick a lot of the time and it's really hard work as we're not telling anyone yet...BUT I am so thankful to be feeling sick as hopefully it means a lovely little baby in 7 months time

Absolutly thats why i thought this might be an idea.
I dont want to not come on this site but just feel its getting more 'negative' all the time but maybe more and more people are just being made aware of 'things'
Like you say, the slightest thing you read about and you think, thats me, its all over and it really isnt.

I LOVE this thread! I am a firm believer in positive thinking, especially when something is totally out of your control! Why spend your energy worrying about it? Not too say that I haven't had my moments this last week and I won't have many more but they are few and far between!

I am loving every bit of this rainbow that I have inside of me...I LOVE feeling sick knowing that bubs is growing!
