From what I've read, it says that it's normal for hcg levels to drop, especially around 12 weeks or so. The fact that your baby still has a heart rate is really good and I wouldn't panick about this. I also read that doctors shouldn't check HCG levels this late because it is normal for the levels to go down as the pregnancy progresses. Did they tell you the babie's HR?
