I had read that 1 in 3 women have a retroverted uterus and it's best to lay on your stomach to help the sperm. Come to find out I do have a retroverted uterus lol.
Wow! Amazing! What are the chances that you decided to try that and actually have a retroverted uterus! I just started soy isoflavones will see what happens Congrats on finally getting your baby and sorry for your losses
It was the first time I ever tried it, but it was also my first vitex cycle.. so not sure if it had anything to do with conceiving but I'm pretty sure it helped! I took soy isoflavones for almost a year. It made me ovulate regularly but I never had a sticky. I did more research and found out that vitex was probably better for me because of high prolactin and lower progesterone. I was nervous to get off soy because I didn't want to have a long cycle (longest was 65 days.. ugh). Vitex made me ov at CD17 which is normal for me. If a few cycles go on and you haven't gotten a bfp, maybe give vitex a shot. SO many women have great luck with soy though. It gave me TONS of ewcm. I'd usually have about a week of ewcm before ov LOL. Lots of sticky baby dust!!!! x

I had a chemical at the end of April last year and I didn't get my bfp til Feb this year, it was a long hard period of time during which I nearly gave up. I didnt stumble upon the information that you need to lie flat or on your front if you have a retroverted uterus and was propping my butt on pillows after sex which was the completely wrong thing to do! D'oh!
