Will I Keep this one?

Hi everybody. I am sorry I post a lot, I am just devastated and so confused.
I had a miscarriage last year and after eight months of trying found out I was pregnant. I went in yesterday at what would be 5 weeks 2 days and I got some bad news. My vaginal ultrasound showed a very long linear sac with nothing inside. I am so early I'm not so much worried about it seeming empty, but I am very concerned about the shape. Does anyone have any experience with strange shaped sacs? Do they change? Also, my doctor tested my blood and my hcg was great, but he said my progesterone was low. I started injections today. Am I too late starting the injections? I have had no bleeding, but the sac looks not so good. I am so very sad. I am starting to think I will never be able to have a healthy pregnancy. Has anyone had experience with any of this? Love luck and thanks to everyone.
