I am high risk also...but due to hypermobility and incompetent cervix. It just means they watch you more closely and give you more checks which can only be a good thing.

Me,

My BMI is 39.3 and I had a history of recurrent miscarriages.

This time I'm on progesterone, baby aspirin, prednisolone and of course prenatal vitamins. I had a scan today and everything was perfect

I did have to rest a lot during the pas month and now she said I can swim and take walks as long as I feel good

All the best for you

Yup me too. I also have a high BMI and I've had Pre eclempsia in my first pregnancy, so midwife put me in high risk also. I not mind though, as pp said, you get more check ups which is a good thing. Midwife also gave me a big bag of multivitamins.

Im high risk as Im on medication for anxiety and I have 'white coat syndrome' so my bp shoots up any time someone in a white coat takes it, its fine when I take it at home though

I'm high risk, due to a large abdominal cyst, diabetes, high bmi and only one kidney

I am 'high risk' at delivery but not labour... previous shoulder dystocia baby. I am still qualified for midwife care and home birth though.
