Sour for Nausea


Anyone else find that sour stuff helps with their nausea?

I was.... Until last night! Thought I had found a sickness saviour in sour fruit pastilles, but night sickness kicked in and believe me those sour bad boys do not taste nice on the way back up!! Sorry tmi, but just a warning to avoid! X

Salt & vinegar snack-a-jacks (rice cakes) are rocking my world at the moment. It's the only thing helping me get through my shifts at work!

I haven't been sick but do feel slightly queasy all day I find fizzy drink helps x

Sour things have been a blessing for me too...I haven't had nausea for weeks now (touch wood!) but really tart lemonade or Don Simon pure lemon juice drink really helped - as did sour sweets. I even bought some sour jawbreakers because I needed to take the edge off one day - worked a treat!
