I used fertilaid, but I switched from fertilaid to vitex every other day. I wasn't sure how much vitex was in fertilaid (even contacted the company and they weren't sure but it was the "recommended dose"). I had high prolactin, and not enough vitex will make it higher, rather than lower it which is what I needed.. that's why I switched it up. Got my bfp first cycle  |
