Anyone peeing their panties when they cough or puek?

I haven't had kids before and I'm a little embarrassed. But today when I pueked. I peed all over my legs. Then tonight when I coughed hard I peed my panties again!!! Normal? I am extremely sick. So my coughs are violent. Also I'm drinking a ton to stay hydrated. This has not happened before haha

Havent had that... yet. DH and I talked about it the other day tho. I am certain at some point there will be a time when I either pee myself or cough and accidentially pass gas. lol I gave him strict instructions to ignore everything unless I say something, then and ONLY then can he offer HELP, not laugh or be grossed out... just offer help. lol Good luck!

It hasn't happened to me but it has happened to a coworker when she puked. I do have to pee immediately after throwing up so I don't pee myself. Hope you feel better

This happens to me too! One of my girlfriends suggested that all preggies carry an extra pair of panties in their purse because it only gets worse... joy.

Not a lot of pee, but I have noticed it when I puke that I'll "squirt" a little (LOL). Don't remember this happening with my first though, maybe when I sneezed closer to the end though. Gotta love pregnancy.

YES! Been super sick and when throwing up gets really bad... I sometimes pee

DH has witnessed it... I cried about it... and then threw up again! and so the cycle continues lol! Who says being pregnant is not glamorous?!? xx

Yes unfortunately when I puke it happens, two days ago

I hate puking...but it's just a little bit of pee not a ton or anything lol

Kegel exercise!! It will really help, also I always stop my urine midflow as well. After three labours my bladder is as strong as it ever was. So it's worth a try.

yes!! I was washing my face in the bathroom and fiance and I were talking and I sneezed and full on peed my shorts. he saw it run down my leg and on the floor. so embarassed

Yup! I had this happen to me too ! I was mortified when it first happened... I have started doing the kegels now to try stop it happening
