ADVICE! 4 weeks pregnant

Has anyone else experienced twinges in groin and lower abdo at 4 weeks pregnant. Was due for AF yesterday. Had positive test last week. Also a feeling of fullness in abdo area and EWCM (almost like ovulating) HG level still progressing... should I be worried?

Sounds absolutely right on track for 4 weeks!

Twinges in the groin (especially if sharp and fleeting) can be round ligament pain as the uterus expands and gives the supporting ligaments more work to do.

I had rather nasty cramps and backache around that time too and was very worried despite getting the same with DS. It's normal not to get them too.

And if your hcg is progressing nicely, sounds fab to me.

I experienced the same things and am now almost 10 weeks. Ultrasound yesterday showed everything is perfect :-) Still have some of those pains occasionally.
