Strong cramps at 4 weeks 1 day

I've been getting really strong cramps today, AF type ones and also more on one side than the other. AF would usually be due today/tomorrow, could that be something to do with it? Could I be miscarrying or ectopic?

Oh my god, call me naive but I had no idea this would be so scary. Every twinge has me terrified!

The day I got my BFP was the day AF was due and I was lying in bed with horrible cramps. They were terrible and felt just how they would if AF was coming. I had them most of that day and for the next week, although milder.

I'm still getting some twinges now, but as far as I know, as long as there is no bleeding with them, it's pretty normal.

If you're worried, maybe take yourself to A+E, but I'm sure you're fine xxx

I had weird cramps during the early first few weeks and around the time i had my BFP. As long as it is not severely painful, i'm sure you will be fine. Go see a doctor if you are concerned though.

I had strong cramps, but due to no blood, etc. I didn't panic too much. As your body is changing aswell.
