honest opinions - MC or a really lazy bean?

I had cramps, exactly like menstrual ones, on Wednesday, starting bleeding(only when wiped) brown discharge/blood then it turned red then back brown, i had 2 clots in that then 1 more clot this morning. I went for an emergency scan at 9.30am, had an internal scan, they could see a sack but didnt know whether its a sack of fluid e.g. blood or a gast sack, if it is the gast sac im about 1 week/2weeks back than what i thought but i think we concieved around march 16 after i told the sonographer this she said it might be (MIGHT) implantation, she said not for us to get our hopes up but the bottom of the sac is quite thick and (im not sure if im right or not) its measuring 8mm (it might have been the cervix that is 8mm) and they often see that in pregnant ladies, BUT i did have a bit of tissue floating around which means MC, i had bloods today, have to go back on sunday for more and then they will reschedule my scan, im so confused xxx

I don't have any experience, but a friend had a weird 6 week ultrasound and they checked viability of pregnancy with hcg levels. If all is good your levels should increase over a few days. Did they do any blood work?

When did you get your BFP hun, is it possible for your dates to be 1/2 weeks out. If im honest it doesnt sound good if you think you conceived on 16th March. Most ladies would see a definite gestational sac and fetal pole, possibly more. With my son I say a heartbeat at 6 weeks xx

Toots at my 6 week scan they only saw a gest sac and she said thst is quite normal

I don't really know if it was a miscarriage or not, it could go either way really.. I'm praying it's the latter! Have they done betas since the bleed? If it's still doubling then chances are it wasn't a miscarriages. Some women do spot and even bleed in the very beginning and have healthy pregnancies. It's normal not to see much at that stage, did they say how your uterine lining was? Will be thinking of you! Hope everything's okay!

Dont know sorry --- after my brown bleeding we saw sack and fetal pole and heart beat at 6wk+2 .. How confident are you on your dates? We were 10000% with ours.

Brown for 4 days right after bfp. Hoping it's implantation and that it all works out Huney

thanks All, HCG come back at 641 for 6 weeks pregnant and i just passed a clot with bits of grey and white on it which is apparently the placenta, so told hosp and they said 'oh im so sorry that doesnt sound good and with your HCG results as low as they are for someone who is 6 weeks it doesnt look good' so i intend on spending the evening in bed crying my eyes out
