Scared about my 12 week scan...

Hello, iv got my 12 week scan in a few days and I want to be so excited and happy about it but iv just got a horrible feeling something will be wrong

Iv suffered with sickness every morning since I was about 6weeks and just generally feeling sick all day, iv got tender boobs and my belly is getting bigger... Are symptoms a good sign everything is ok or could it mean something is wrong?? Did anyone else feel like this before their scan?

I don't think having symptoms can ever be a bad sign!
I totally understand your feelings. I felt so fearful. I almost wanted to cancel my appointment.

but we got to see a bouncy baby!!!
Let us know how the scan goes Hun!
Try not to worry. I wish I wouldn't have worried this whole week

Thankyou for your reply!! I think because some of my friends haven’t had any symptoms and they’ve been ok its making me wonder why I’ve got them but I guess everyone is different. I’ll be so happy to see a happy little baby on that screen I hope these few days go quick for me!! I will let you know

I felt exactly the same and got myself so worked up the day before the scan, but all was well. hope your scan goes well.

My 13 week scan is Tuesday and I am going between excited and scared! I just want all to be well.

Yeah still having symptoms but im not paying attention to any of that as every pregnancy is different... :-S

I went through this with my scan, i was terrified of MMC or something being wrong due to 4 seperate occasions of spotting.

You can see my scan in my avatar picture left....baby was perfect moving about, doing acrobatics and i got put 4 days ahead!

Relax, honestly i was a paranoid wreck as well, you will feel a lot of worry drop away once you see your bean on screen moving about, it was so emotional for us, me and my boyfriend both cried lol
