9 and half weeks - symptoms gone HELP!

Hi girls, I'm 10 weeks on Tuesday and have a private scan this day fortnight booked. Normally my breasts are rock hard swollen and sore but I woke up this am to droopy still large boobs that are only sore at the nipple. I'm still eating like a horse but only peeing once during the night the last two nights compared to 2 or 3 times.
I'm freaking out as have 2 weeks to wait to see if all is ok really worried I'm having a missed miscarriage any help or advice would be appreciated
Xx

Don't freak out!

In my last pregnancy my symptoms all suddenly stopped when I was just over 10 weeks. It was as though I had woken up that morning and like woah....I can think straight and don't have to run downstairs quickly to nibble on something before the nausea really kicks in!

All of my symptoms stopped yesterday at 9 weeks. I think its normal. Try to relax and enjoy your break from symptoms.

Pregnancy symptoms can come and go, no need to worry. They can rear their ugly head again!

I wish you the best.

Don't worry too much about it. Just enjoy not being sick and tired, lol. I get a few days when I'm feeling a bit better, as well.

Besides, I think the placenta starts taking over at around week 9, so that might be the reason why you're feeling better.
