Worried- anyone had diarrhea in early preg'

Hi.. I´m new, and just found out that I am just over 4 weeks pregnant. What I am really worried about is that for the last maybe 10 days or 2 weeks I have been having diarhhea (tmi i know..) Like 3-5 times a day, and some cramps with it.

Has anyone experienced this so early in a pregnancy ? I am seeing a doctor next week, but am really worried about what is going on with my body..

It's totally normal. Make sure to drink lots of fluids because you are losing a lot right now. Antacids like Tums are okay too! I hope you feel better!!

Yup - I had this, was very worried as most other people were saying that they were constipated but I was the other way round

I'd go probably 3 times a day for about 4 weeks, it's settled down now & back to my usual once a day

& still no constipation, so I'm sure it's normal ish too.

Just make sure that you do drink plenty of fluids though & try & get a little more fibre inside you, maybe some extra iron too. I would mention it to your midwife though just incase it doesn't sort itself.

I always get diarrhea in early pregnancy, it's normal for me.

I did before 6 weeks. Now I have constipation. Pregnancy!

Yup had it with both mine and holding true with this one! Noting to worry about!

Pretty depressing though to have my puppies and rainbows image of pregnancy already shattered at week 4! :P

Yep i did at 7 weeks. Only lasted a few days and I had really bad cramps with it, it was horrible! But now im the complete opposite and constipated instead lol my body obviously cant make up its mind!

i had this for sure, along with a heck of a cold right after i got my bfp. it was so bad, i couldn't pee without going no. 2 (tmi). doctor told me to drink plenty of water. like the others said, i still dont get constipated, so i guess it was just a normal reaction to the pregnancy.
