Reasonably Bad Cramps Yesterday

OK, I had been sick all day and hadn't eaten or drank anything till 4pm. Around 5 I got some uncomfortable cramps bit painful. I haven't bleed or spotted. Should I be worried?

No, I wouldn't worry! Before I even knew I was pregnant I had awful cramps to where I'd almost be in tears. Cramps are normal and a sign of stretching. I wouldn't be concerned unless you've been bleeding too.

I had cramping from the time I found out until about 12 weeks. They would happen a few times a day and last 2 minutes or so then subside...it would be painful enough to make me lay down and just breathe until it passed. At about 10 weeks they became a lot less frequent and now I almost never cramp. All is well I wouldn't stress about it.

Cramps can be more painful if you have been sick and haven't eat or drank anything. Try to drink some water or sports drinks. Those helped me when I had bad cramps due to dehydration

I second mrsclark. It's very normal to cramp, but not drinking water definitely makes it worse.
