Work outs/ Yoga in pregnancy and anyone experienced benefits?
I read online and doc also suggested me to walk 30mins/day(outdoors preferable but impossible at this time of yr). It alleviates back pains & gas/bloat.
Also I find so many documented benefits of prenatal yoga which also helps in labour/birth in additio to muscle tone.
But i wanted to know in real life,if any one is doing it and any benefits actually experience.
What excercises you did in what time of pregnancy? what time of day? With work and this cold weather and fatigue , how and when did you manage.
I sleep so much to find time for yoga and any wrkout in morning. Evening I have work and gets dark so early and by the time i reach home, I am super tired to even eat.
