Braxton Hicks

Anyone else suffering with these false, supposidly painless contractions? I get them near the end of my pregnancies, and they seem to get worse the more babies I have. But mine are 5 min apart, and will last for house! Go to 3, even 2 min apart, last 30 to 60 seconds, but they never get stronger. So I know its not the real deal, but man they can be so painfull!! I took a shower today to try and help them go away, and they felt like they were getting stronger! I really want a May baby, and the furthest away from April 29 th the better. Thats my lo's bday, he will be 2 So, anyone know any tricks or anything to deal with this crap? By the time I went into labour with my last 2, my uterus was soooo tired, and I told my dr I didnt think Id be ablle to handle labour. Ugh!!
