Whats WIC? Do you mean the coupons you get for milk from the government?

WIC = Women, Infants, and Children. They provide vouchers for milk among other items. They provide a ridiculous amount of milk though.

Well, not on WIC, but as far as the milk is concerned have you thought of making cheese or yogurt? I have only made Paneer cheese, but it was pretty yummy, you just need milk, lemon juice and cheesecloth. It also freezes well. There are lots of yogurt makers out there, too, so that's an idea. Or you can make pudding, mac n cheese, hmm... lotsa stuff.

Do it! So yummy. Also, don't discount cheese sauce, you can use it as a dip for snacks.

Do they force you to buy a particular milk? If not perhaps indulge in milk that is hormone free or organic since the milk voucher is for more than you need.

I usually get organic whole milk, but I can't get organic or whole with the vouchers. As for hormone free, all local milk in Oregon is hormone free... Well no milk is hormone free, but it doesn't have any added hormones.

They do give a lot of milk. I have a friend with an 18 month old son who loves milk so I just give it to her.
