Well, not on WIC, but as far as the milk is concerned have you thought of making cheese or yogurt? I have only made Paneer cheese, but it was pretty yummy, you just need milk, lemon juice and cheesecloth. It also freezes well. There are lots of yogurt makers out there, too, so that's an idea. Or you can make pudding, mac n cheese, hmm... lotsa stuff.
I usually get organic whole milk, but I can't get organic or whole with the vouchers. As for hormone free, all local milk in Oregon is hormone free... Well no milk is hormone free, but it doesn't have any added hormones.
We get like 10 gallons a milk lol I have a 1 year old and I get it... Where I live to get WIC you dont really have to be that low income to get it... We just drink all of it and give my mom some I try to get the latest date in the store..
