Nausea at 21 weeks?

The last few days I've felt sick again. I had severe m/s weeks 7-14 where I needed anti sickness meds and was off work for 2 weeks. I thought it'd gone, my appetite was back to normal, better even! I felt tired but ok!

Then on Monday night I woke up to vomit and had diarrhea, since then I've felt nauseous on and off, overly full when I eat even a little bit and I wake up feeling like last night's food is still in my throat! Ugh

I'm on a bus to work right on feeling very sick and exhausted and like even my maternity jeans are putting too much pressure on my bump.

I couldn't face breakfast or anything to drink, I could barely brush my teeth!

I don't know what to do. I desperately need some time off to rest but I took Tuesday off this week already and forced a smile yesterday so everyone thinks I'm ok. I've had so much time off since being pregnant, they're great about it but I feel awful letting people down.

I've had days off for severe m/s, migraines (brought on by hormones, never had 1 before!) cramps and routine appointments. They must hate me! I can't afford to leave before the summer holidays as I'll lose 6 weeks pay that I'll already worked for!

Well the plan is to work up till mid September 'officially' but as I work in a school I have 6 weeks of holidays from mid July.

I'm a learning support assistant so I don't get paid for holidays as such, they just spread my salary equally over 12 months.

So if I start my leave before the summer hols I'm effectively throwing away 6 weeks free pay that I've already worked for.

The thing is it's hard work physically and emotionally, I work with severely disabled children which is challenging. I love my job but I'm burning out.
