Hi, I was just lying down on my side and all of a sudden I had this really bad pain in my lower back at the right hand side. Was there for about 3 minutes and now isn't as sore but I can still feel it. Also have a terrible headache and feel sick. Has anyone had this?
yeh, i have been having them for the last couple of weeks, they are awful, its like its always there but suddenly it gets stronger and then eases. it reminds me of period back pains but a lot stronger.. lying on the floor with my feet up seemed to help mine.. i am sorry you are having them as well, its annoying and sooo painful.. i hope you feel better soon xx
I i was goign to start a topic on this as i was really worried - but then saw this. Im 17 weeks and i woke up the othe rnight with a weird pain in my lower back on right side. It went during the day but comes at night. Ive not got any stomach cramps or bleeding. Its just a horrible pain that comes and stays for a bit - sort of a shooting pain. xx
yeah I have had it in fact I'm in bed right now with a bad headache nausea and lower back pain except today its my left hip. I am suffering from low bp so that could be the reason for m head ache but can't figure out the back pain. Will be asking my midwife.
God iam relieved - I was panicking as im not big enough yet to have proper back ache...yet it was so strange waking up at 2am with a dodgy pain. I had it earlier and its gone now. I tried a hot water bottle and it has helped.I dont know why its happening though - i feel bit better knowing other people are getting it too.... (this forums great) makes me feel less worried about things !
Hi guys....im so glad others have this too! I am 16 weeks and have had the worst lower back pain ever...the past couple of days its been just my right side and the only thing that even soothes it a little is a warm wheatie...the little bean bag like things that you heat in the microwave. Its so sore and painful, i have lots of housework to do today and im dreading getting through it as tonight im going to be doubled up in pain. Want to go docs but not sure if there is much they can do? Anyone else been docs?
