You could call the doctor if you really want to, but I've had the same problem and my doctor constantly reassures me that spotting lightly after sex is COMPLETELY normal. She said it happens because you have a higher blood volume during pregnancy, especially in your lady parts, so a little spotting after intercourse is nothing to stress about.
thanks so much. i did some research and it seems very normal. didnt get anymore and no pain or cramping. i also read it probably burst a blood vessel in my vagina or something since blood flow is increased by so much. hadnt happened yet so i was a bit surprised!
