I saw my maternity doc as soon as i found out i was pregnant than got blood testing done and an early ultrasound due to spotting than the basic followup once a month since than in fact im going in today we listen to the babys heartbeat check me out the usual you shouldnt have to be going this long with nobody seeing how you are doing.

I called them just now in tears, they couldn't make an appointment but the midwife will pop round after hours at 5
i feel relieved.

Ring them!As someone else said you might have just been overlooked and the midwife doesnt realise you're waiting for an appointment.
I saw a midwife at 6 weeks,then I'll have my scan at 12 weeks and then I'll see her again at 15/16 weeks
