I'm not familiar with Pregnol. Is it HCG? I've never heard of anyone being on HCG injections through pregnancy.......

Sorry I'm no help.

Hi

I was on Proluton Depot which is another form of hormone injection for pregnancy due to previous loss as well as bleeding early in pregnancy.

I must say that I didnt have any other side effects apart from getting really hot flushes and generally feeling like my temperature was rising when it clearly was not.

No appetite increase or weight incraese or anything like that

Here is a link about the safety of pregnyl etc http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Fertili...fe/show/986550

X

I think it was around week 10, basically when my bleedings stopped and my hematoma ( blood clot) was looking quite reduced on ultrasound.

Oh and something irrelevant but may be of interest.

I was also put on metformin on first trimester as I have PCOS and new studies on Metformin show that it significantly reduces 1st tri miscarriage rate ( something like 50%)
