Well its all true, if u push as though ur having a poo then hey presto u should be ok...i on the other hand was pushing through everywhere but somehow i was doing it wrong i was so drugged up and in pain i had no idea what i was doing...best of luck and when ur in labour keep thinking...take a dump take a dump
Very true advice.... I had no contractions with my son was taken in to be induced.... thought i needed a poo after 11 hours and hey presto out popped bubba!... although it wasn't any where as easy as that with my DD!!... Fingers crossed I'm having another boy!! lol
Id say thats good advice on all three! I did push like I had to poo but only because I didnt know what else to try pushing like and he popped right out! and the breastfeeding was the weirdest feeling but I also got used to it in the very small amount of time I did it. my son didnt do well with breastfeeding so he was completley weaned at 2 months I hope to make it longer this time round.
Yep great advice id say I'd give that bit of advice to everyone!
Also one more bit since were talking about giving birth...
While ur pushing that baby out keep ur chin too ur cheast because if you dont mannnn will you have a sore neck the next day!
Those are great advice! About the pushing..a friend told me to push like you are having a poo and dont tense your pelvic floor...she was told this after hours of pushing with no movement then he came out xx
I've heard all of those before. I think it's valuable advice. We've already started buying diapers (nappies) in various sizes and sensitivities so we'll be stocked up by the time Bella gets here. I figure what we can't use (because of sensitivity or size) we can turn around and sell on eBay or return for exchanges.
