Hi, i had dry nipples a couple of weeks ago and my midwife justa said to rub some vaseline on it. i havent used vaseline cos i can ust imagine it'll be sticky but i've paid more attention to it when i rub on lotion and my nipples are not dry anymore....try rubbing on more lotion, if it dosent work then use vaseline.

U can also use a brand called lansinoh. Its specifically for breasts and dry nipples. Vaseline could work too I suppose

I'm 14 weeks pregnant, and I've just started noticing over the past couple of weeks that my nipples appear to be dry and flakey, but they don't seem to be tender or feel any different, I'm glad I'm not the only one!

I've started getting slightly dry skin on them, but I've made sure to rub cocoa butter on them when I get out of the shower, which seems to have helped =)
