My skin has been horrid since 1st trimester. These are not just pimples, they are giant painful boils. I am going for my 2nd prenatal facial tomorrow, hoping it helps a bit. Also try the lemon and honey trick... slice a lemon and put 5 drops of honey on it, rub over affected area leave on for 5 minutes. may tingle. rinse with cold water. It helps to minimize the spots.

Mine has been terrible, I look like a teenager. I have pimples all over my face and little small red pimples (some are even sore) all over my shoulders and chest and even back. I had bad pimples when I was a teenager but they were never anywhere but my face. I feel so gross all the time now, yuck!! I don't wear makeup much and think it'll help if I don't... but some days I need it just to make myself feel a bit better!
