I get this at least 5-6 times a day, I was told it was most likely a nerve being pushed on or trapped with everything growing and squishing.
Also the baby likes to kick nerves

It's called 'lightning crotch' - charming name, but I had no clue until another pregnant lady told me what it was!

it can also be gas beleive it or not.... its crazy but it lines right up lol
